Look what came in the mail!!!! |
I was so excited when I came home last night and found this in my coat room! The Traveling Stash has arrived! It was so much fun to look through, so many treasures! Ready for another Traveling Stash Giveaway?

And last but not least, added to the box... a package of 2" Thangles and a "Puppy Love" quilt kit! Enjoy!!! |

My first sewing project was a sleeveless shift when I was 10 years old. I made it but dont ever remember wearing it.

ReplyDeleteMy first sewing project was a smock type shirt in Home Economics. . .I loved it! It was made with black gingham and I used purchased bias tape instead of doing a hem on the bottom.

my first sewing project was a hexi quilt...don't think I ever did finish that sucker!
ReplyDeleteThe first thing I ever sewed was an apron in a Grade 7 sewing class. I got hooked on sewing then. The sewing class teacher gave me a perfect score.

ReplyDeleteMy first project was in 9th grade home ec. we had to make a skirt and back then I was not a skirt girl, Funny, I am now for work but that was many many moons ago. Didn't like and never picked up a needle and thread again until 10 years ago and got the quilting bug from my mother. I am now following your blog- which is fantastic.
